The new poll that was conducted in all 50 US states shows some interesting discoveries about Samsung’s brand in the country. Among the survey that was conducted it shows people who knew about the recall 27% would still consider a Samsung smartphone. 25% of those who didn’t know about the recall would to the same.
Survey shows that Samsung customers are still loyal to their devices with 91% of existing users saying that they would purchase another smartphone. The same fierce loyalty as Apple’s where 92% of its users are sticking to the iPhone.
