I noticed several times that Chrome was very slow in responding, like maybe I had lost my internet connection. After a week of that or more, I couldn’t even open Chrome. I also had to restart my PC sometimes it work and sometime it don’t. In order to fix this:
Press Windows + X, then open the “Command Prompt (ADMIN)”
Type: netsh winsock reset
hit “enter”
Restart the computer
This solved all my problems with Chrome
